As a bioinformatics and omics center, KOGIC is involved in various biological fields.
(We do both experimental and bioinformatic research and development)
1. Genome Korea
1.1. Welfare Genome Project
2. Animal Genomics Plant Genomics Fungal Genomics & Microbial Genomics
5. Multiomics
KOGIC also performs a mutli-omics analysis for the understanding, treatment, and prevention of various diseases:
- Aging: the chemistry behind the process of aging
- Cardiovascular diseases: myocardial infarctions
- Mental disorders: depression, suicides
- Infectious diseases: COVID-19
